The Division of Extended Education & Global Outreach (EEGO), and the Professional & Continuing Education (PaCE) unit offers a wide range of educational opportunities which include noncredit certificate programs, test preparation courses, continuing education courses, corporate training, contract credit, workshops, Open University, Winter Session, and special projects/grants. The PaCE unit also administers the CSUB Summer Session program. The PaCE Coordinator, under the general supervision of the PaCE Director, performs a full range of administrative support functions for the PaCE unit. The Coordinator assists with course creation in Peoplesoft, communicates with instructors regarding scheduling of classes, and communicates with students regarding admission, registration, payment, and general programmatic information. Accountant III East Bay
Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, this position focuses primarily on University-wide and Auxiliaries activities, with an emphasis on preparation and filing of various tax returns, government reporting as well as another regulatory agency reporting. In addition, the Accountant III will be heavy-handed in the preparation and coordination of year-end close. This position performs advanced professional accounting work involving the application of accounting principles and practices to the resolution of a wide variety of complex accounting problems. Director of Annual Giving (Administrator I) Chico
The Director of Annual Giving reports to the Associate Vice President for Advancement Services and plays a crucial role in advancing the university’s mission. The director is responsible for day-to-day management of the university’s annual giving program, including direct mail, social media and other electronic solicitations and communications. This position is a critical part of the fundraising ensures that the university is achieving its goals for annual giving dollars raised, constituent participation rates, donor retention, sustaining support, and donor stewardship. The Director of Annual Giving manage an existing comprehensive, robust, and contemporary annual giving program that annually raises in excess of $1.5 million and has great opportunities for growth. Other components of the annual giving program include; close collaboration and coordination with Development Officers for college and program level annual giving appeals, as well as targeted strategies for faculty/staff donors making annual gifts under $5,000. This position plays a lead role in planning and implementing Giving Day and targeted crowdfunding campaigns.

The Senior Outreach Counselor will provide comprehensive outreach services that include the timely and accurate dissemination of information about Cal Poly Pomona, the CPP admissions process, and the California State University to students, parents, campus constituents, and the external community.
