The Senior Fiscal Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the University Advancement division, overseeing state, auxiliary, trust, and UEC budgets. This position provides lead work direction for endowment fund administration through the CSUSB Philanthropic Foundation, ensuring appropriate fund distributions, compliance with donor intent, and accurate reporting. The Analyst serves as a primary liaison to the University Budget Office and Financial Services, prepares complex financial analyses and reports, and manages position funding, procurement, and reconciliation processes. Additionally, this role supports Advancement Services with Foundation policy development, space planning, and audit assessments, and acts as the key resource for Foundation financial statements, investments, and compliance documentation. |
