Mission:

Overview:
Oversees the organizations daily activities, managing coordination of information technology, data management, quality assurance protocols, human resources (liaison with CSUN), grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity. Actively pursue strategic and operational strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Programs the Operations Manager will: 1) Oversee the daily activities at each of the facilities – supervise, assist and coordinate Administrative Assistant staff to ensure facilities are fully operational and compliant with all OSHA, CSU and CSUN policy/regulations; 2) Effectively manage all technological systems and oversee technological integration throughout the organization, ensuring a strong and secure network supporting incoming and outgoing data, providing support to staff and volunteers; 3) Human Resources, coordinates with TUC/CSUN aspects of human resources, such as recruitment, compensation review, separation, onboarding/offboarding and compliance with university policies and procedures, prepares HR documentation, disseminates memos, and delivers to/collects documentation from TUC/CSUN when necessary and liaises with TUC HR when necessary; 4) Grow the Efficiency of Existing Organizational Process and Procedures through ensuring the availability of vibrant systems, full utilization of staffing to maximize productivity, setting accurate workplan goals and leveraging resources to ensure all activities are met to the highest standards, continuous evaluation of systems for the purpose of maintaining constant improvements, policy and procedure adjustments; 5) Executive Team Assistance - Actively work with the Executive Team to meet all strategic and operational priorities and 6) other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Public Health, Business, or Public Administration; Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records/Data management technological systems, legal and regulatory compliance processes and a minimum of three years-experience working in a multi-disciplinary non-profit setting.
Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities:
Must be a critical thinker with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must display high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work. Speak and communicate effectively; write narrative and statistical reports. Must have a thorough knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation and create professional formatted documentation. Work comfortably with multimedia materials. Excellent, Word, Excel, and Power Point skills. Must be able to work independently and complete tasks within pre-established timelines. Must have the ability and specialized skills to organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks; work independently in a busy environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities; maintain cooperative working relationships with others; be team oriented; and coordinate/collaborate with a variety of individuals and organizations. Must demonstrative a passion for helping individuals who have experienced child maltreatment, domestic violence, sexual assault, or other related victimizations. Must demonstrate an acceptance and respect for cultural diversity in all its forms, including ethnicity, sexual orientation, abilities, and religious backgrounds and an ability to work collaboratively in an ethnically linguistically, and culturally diverse environment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office setting with a low-to-moderate noise level; employee will need to utilize their personal vehicle for travel to and from meetings outside the office; employee must regularly communicate by telephone, written communications and in-person with staff, families served, partners, funders and other professionals; occasionally lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
The anticipated hiring range: $66,354 - $85,000 per year
Time Base: Full-Time
