Executive and Operations Assistant Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Executive and Operations Assistant to provide professional organizational and administrative confidential support to the VCAA, who is the Chief Academic Officer for the California State University, and to other members of the Division of Academic Affairs (DAA) leadership team. The EOA serves as the first point of contact for the division and for internal and external constituents on all matters related to the Division. This position performs a wide range of administrative responsibilities, many of which are highly sensitive and confidential in nature, including directing key administrative operations, coordinating, scheduling, maintaining confidential communications and information, and managing or leading special projects for DAA. The EOA is a high-visibility team member who must have a sharp awareness of division priorities and a strong understanding of the division functions in relation to other units within the Chancellor’s Office, Board of Trustees, CSU institutions and external partners. This position requires autonomy, judgment and decision making, problem solving, and independent work.
Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanic - (Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanic) - Facilities Services San Francisco
Under general supervision, incumbents operate, maintain, repair and inspect heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration and water systems and equipment; test, adjust, and calibrate boiler and air conditioning machinery and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or microprocessor control instruments; test and chemically treat boiler, condenser, and cooling tower water and water from other systems; maintain, inspect, diagnose and make emergency repairs to steam, natural gas, water, refrigerant, compressed air and vacuum systems; regularly use features of building automation systems to diagnose and troubleshoot problems in the HVAC systems while optimizing energy usage; monitor building automation systems data and adjust system accordingly; respond to service requests to adjust air flow, temperature and humidity balances for individual rooms, building areas or buildings; maintain swimming pools; maintain logs of maintenance and repairs using manual and computerized recordkeeping systems; and may instruct and lead semi-skilled or unskilled assistants.

Director of Development, College of Health (Revised) East Bay
The Office of University Advancement includes various departments that work together to maximize philanthropic support to the University, heighten the University’s visibility in the community, and actively engage alumni in the life of the University. The University Advancement – Development team is responsible for securing all levels and types of private support including annual gifts, major gifts, corporate gifts and planned gifts. Under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Major Gifts, the Director of Development will be responsible for directing a full-spectrum of development and fundraising activities at the University level and specific to an assigned College (and other Colleges and programs as assigned). The Director of Development will focus primarily on securing individual major gift support ($25,000+) and, to a lesser degree, will facilitate garnering corporate and foundation support. With a high degree of independent judgement, the Director of Development is expected to conduct an average minimum of two visits per week, requiring extensive travel and attendance at evening and weekend events. The Director of Development will strategically move prospects and donors through the major gift fundraising cycle (i.e., identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship) while also building a small pipeline of high-end Leadership Annual Giving donors; thereby maintaining a robust Prospect/Donor Portfolio. The Director of Development will maintain a portfolio of 75-95 prospects/donors at the various fundraising/development stages. The Director of Development will work collaboratively with the assigned dean(s), department chairs, faculty, university leaders, and Sr. Director of Major Gifts to plan, articulate, and implement a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan to raise funds to meet the educational mission of the university and assigned college(s), programs, and areas.
